The body optimization money back guarantee only applies for the consultation costs incurred and NOT the cost of medication.

In order to be eligible, the patient must have been on treatment for a minimum of 180 days. They must notify us between 180 days and 210 days to be eligible for a review.

In order to qualify for the Body Optimization treatment money back guarantee, patients must also satisfy all of the following criteria:

Patient has completed their lab work within 4 weeks of starting treatment and discussed the results with their clinician.
Be on treatment for a minimum of 6 months with no pauses or breaks in treatment.
Ensure you take the medication as prescribed.
Track your weight weekly from the day you start treatment and be able to provide us with a record of this if asked for.
Must provide appropriate images from the initial consultation which clearly shows your fat distribution and be able to provide images for comparison after 6 months.
You have lost less than 5% of your starting body weight, with a starting BMI of 27 or higher.
Patient must provide an image proving their current weight on a scale with light clothing to minimize additional weight.

The initial consultation fee is $99. The cost of medication along with a $40 program fee is charged monthly. The program fee includes access to clinicians, new prescriptions and pharmacy counselling.

To determine insurance coverage you will need to contact your insurance provider directly. We can provide you with a detailed invoice upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement purposes.

Upon completing the initial online consultation, a Rocky Healthcare provider will assess this and determine if you are eligible. Please check your account for messages from your clinician.

Blood tests give insight into your current health and allows your clinician to better understand your needs. This helps them tailor their advice to meet your specific situation.

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation and/or diarrhea. More severe side effects are rare but can include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, low blood sugar, severe allergies, visual disturbances, rapid heartbeat, and mood disturbances. This is not a full list and we encourage you to please consult with a clinician for further information.

After submitting your questionnaire, you will be able to schedule a call with a licensed Canadian prescriber. To request this, simply send a message to your prescriber through your account by clicking on messages. They will send you a link to schedule a call at your convenience.

Cancellations can be made at any time to avoid future charges. However, previously incurred monthly fees are nonrefundable.
